We started URF Club to make it easy to find great nights out in Chicago — and to reward the people who keep showing up.
One club for music, culture, comedy and food
Great events were scattered across a dozen apps and group chats. URF Club puts them in one place, with honest prices, real reviews from people who were there, and a membership that makes every night out a little cheaper.
We work directly with local organizers — from Bollywood nights and dance galas to food festivals and stand-up — so the city’s best experiences are one tap away.

FAQ & refunds
Where are my tickets?
Right after payment they’re shown on screen and emailed to you. If you have an account they’re also under My tickets. You can look up any booking with its ID and email on the ticket page.
Can I get a refund?
If an event is cancelled you’re refunded automatically. Otherwise refunds are up to the organizer — contact us at least 48 hours before the event and we’ll help.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes. Send us the booking ID and your friend’s name from the contact page and we’ll update it.
How do reviews work?
Only guests whose ticket was scanned at the door can leave a review, and every review is checked before it’s published.
